Ok I did see some settings to enable SSLv3 - seems to of worked (kinda) for IE, but not for Chrome - and it looks like the latest version of it (Ver 40) they're removed support for it.
It's really just one company's website(s) that are causing the problem - so not a huge issue for me - but it's sure nice to know that caused it :)
