Sergey, I have got more information from VFP OS() command on this server.

OS(1) returns Windows 6.00
OS(5) returns 6002
OS(11) returns 3

According to Fox.Wiki this is Windows 2008 SP2:

Windows Server 2008 SP2 	Windows 6.00 	OS(5) returns "6002" AND OS(11) returns "2" or "3"
