I can force fields on the report to degrade to a font of my choosing using the dynamic styles, but labels seem to degrade to a system default font.

Hm, no idea to do this in general. One can play arounf with the frx files or do ackward stuff with listeners.

What I have done is to stay away from Consolas in general - customers are way back with ther OSes ....
