If you're using SQL Server, you can use a combination of SSIS and stored procedures to load data from Fox into SQL Server. I've got one customer location that does that.

If not, I'm sure others will jump in with some suggestions.

One thing - arguably the world's most popular end-user BI tool is Excel. You can query data from Fox tables into Excel pivot tables.
