Does anybody have a way for VFP to extract the data of an Outlook email saved to a folder as a .msg file?

we have no access to our pop3 server and outlook as a com object is not an option

I would like to email out a survey to our agencies and have them fill it out and return to one of our clerks
He would save the email to a predetermined folder where my app could access this dot msg file.
but it contains binary data/garbage.

but still there must be a system to this madness.
