in fact ,it use to adjust size of edit box,and look like horizontal scroll bars.
i think in a editbox,text can move with horizontal scroll bar,just like VB.
if it can't do it, it won't convenient to design edit box for MEMO field.
it's important .i don't know how do MS think it ? or it has the other way?
