You can always use the network version of WinFax; you set up a one PC as a fax server (it does not need to be dedicated, but it's a good idea), and the other PCs on the network have a client copy of WinFax running. You create a network service for Winfax. To your app (FoxPro, WordPerfect, whatever) Winfax behaves just as it would if you were faxing from your local PC; there are a few added features to WinFax itself, such as being able to check the progress of the fax server.

Works like a charm, by the way.
