As an alternative you should also be able to create an instance of FORM and set the NAME property to the name used in the PREVIEW clause. Obviously you probably don't want to set the coordinates such that the preview window is larger than the screen.

Unless it's a desktop form... which might be worth a try. Does the toolbar work right in that case?
