When Tricia and I bought our house there were so many codicils I can't even begin to list them. At that time (maybe still) an unmarried woman buying a house was referred to in the legal documents as a spinster. You can imagine how much she liked that. She gave the lady a dark glare and signed on the dotted line. It must have been my suave charm ;-)
