And in fact, when you rightclick on Move, and then press any of the arrow keys, the window will jump to the cursor.

The sequence is:

1) right-click Move on the debugger window icon in the taskbar.
2) click on the visible screen
3) move any of the arrow keys

result: the upper left of the selected window will move to the cursor on the screen.
