>>But yes, adults should consult with PRACTICING physicians.

Just remember that few physicians available to you, whether practicing or not, will have first hand knowledge of efficacy of vaccination. Even those in the middle of the outbreak can say little definitive except that herd immunity has failed.

I'd say there are MSc students in Universities who have more knowledge on this than anybody, but their papers won't be published for a few years yet. Which is why these simulations are cool: accessible information gets out quicker thanks to the internet.

If and when a different vaccination party line is established, that needs to be driven by CDC or somebody empowered and funded to get information in front of schools, workplaces and community. This can't be driven by practicing physicians, it has to be a community initiative IMHO.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
"
