I was thinking about small to medium sized businesses where the CEO typically is the owner of the company. I should have made myself more clear. Being a small business owner myself, that is where my mindset is.
And I don't think a small business would survive with a 200:1 ratio. It just doesn't make sense economically.
But somehow big corporations don't care for that sense.
