Yeah, somebody have missed it in that interface.
(I mean M$ itself can not do it the right way. If VSS is active, and one try to rightclick VSS action from a docked project, it will fail. Other menu items run fine)
The rightclick will not return anything in MENUCONTEXT like on the properties window :(
