No mention of Google in the Wikipedia article on jQuery.

>I didn't look it up but if my memory serves me - I recall that Google supported Mozilla long before they (Google) had there own browser with money. I'm under the impression that they paid for the development of jQuery and other tech from Mozilla. I also believe they are major contributors to the Mozilla foundation. I wonder if jQuery without the money provided would be anything today.
