I also cannot get it to Register in my Windows 7 64 bit OS.

I am giving the command REGSRV32 paylink.ocx

The error is

"The module 'paylin.ocx' failed to load. make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it......blah blah blah...

The specified module could not be found"
