This is an unresolved issue. However, the pattern is identified. At every reboot, I have to go in SSMS, right click on each database, Tasks/Take offline, Tasks/Detach, Attach. This is on a Windows 8.1 Enterprise. Anyone would know what kind of privilege seems to fail at startup so this cannot be mounted automatically?
