Actually I have been writing something similiar to what
you said when I send out the contract.

There could be laws in your state that could make an entire contract null and void if it includes certain language. You need to consult two types of attorneys. One a specialist in computer law and the other an expert in contract law. Get them together to write your contract for you. This would be money well spent.
