Been there, still haven't returned.

The point is that they do think that Excel is some kind of database and they use it so. It's just tables, right? It goes to the point where I tell them "well of course the physical inventory finds a discrepancy, if this thing was sold but the sale wasn't registered in the database." "But we entered it into the computer!" "May I see where?" - and at that point they pull up an excel sheet from their local documents folder...
