This whole thing blows me away. I first heard of Pi day maybe 15 years ago when I had a kid in middle school. I can't believe how well it's taken off. It pleases me that at least one day a year, Americans want to pretend that they like math. (Me, I love math and don't understand why others don't. It's so beautiful.)
