Maybe I misunderstood your question. I just tried the following:
1st edit box anchor - 65
2nd edit box anchor - 20 (bottom absolute, top relative)
Now the 2nd box does grow but not at the same ration as the 1st one. I was hoping that I can make both edit boxes grow proportionally.
