However, what Metin said is that he couldn't do anything with VFP3 not because he couldn't run it, but because then, 20 years ago, he didn't know where to start. And the Tastrade sample (and the framework in which it was written) was just too complex. There were too many workarounds around the VFP3 bugs, too little understanding on how OOP actually works - whoever developed Tastrade still had his head deep in procedural code. It was not the best learning tool.
