WinDev version 20 has been announced and a new feature and enhancements list is available for review:

There is a tendency for PC Soft to count every change to WinDev (for desktop apps), WebDev (web apps), and WinDev Mobile (mobile apps) as a feature or enhancement. Obviously, however, the same change (e.g. the addition of AES encryption) might be applied to all products and hence, in my mind at least, is only a single change. I gave the PDF a quick review and here are a few cool things:

Spreadsheet control
Google Maps control
Video conferencing control
Running parallel tasks (an enhanced version of multi-threading which WinDev can already do)
Ability to create a single exe with all dlls included compile option (makes distribution even easier)
Chrome-like tabs allowing display of windows within windows in a tabbed arrangement
Pivot Table / cube / OLAP control enhancements

And the marketing dept. has listened to the community and toned down the use of models. There are still a few in the brochure but much less than previous marketing efforts. Ignore the marketing BS, look at the feature set.
