>>>My boss is saying that VFP is not supported in 2012

>VFP is just one of countless C++ V7 apps that people expect to keep using on Windows. People are concerned that compatibility suddenly may be lost- but MS is a smart company that knows not to alienate large chunks of user base, especially after recent experience with Vista, Windows 8 and Windows Phone.

>If you are concerned, consider a product called VFP Compiler that fixes known VFP bugs and also allows you to compile your VFP app using VC11/12/13 rather than the original VC7, or even to compile to 64-bit that should silence any suggestion of impending doom. However, 64-bit is not recommended as you lose useful dlls and flls and the ActiveX controls taken for granted in 32bit need to be purchased separately for 64-bit. 32-bit is fine and can be expected to work for as long as matters to any of us.

John
Do you know of any 64 bit oledb driver for VFP data?
The requirement that the using app must be 32 bit in order to read/write VFP data is becoming an increasing problem for me.
That could be easily solved if there were a 64 oledb driver.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
