A while back there was a set of "Advantage" ODBC and oleDB drivers for dbfs in both 32-bit and 64-bit.

Alternatively you could wrap a 64-bit VFP app as a dll that does nothing except access your dbfs.

FWIW, Chen is preparing to allow >2Gb tables in his 64-bit version. Apparently there are people out there with dbfs of such dimensions who can benefit from this.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
