Of course make a copy before taking any action. Since there are "static" variables in that table, I would think they would persist between sessions. But the records that transfer data between screens I would think they are "temporary" and therefore deletable. So maybe leave the first 100 or 1000 records alone and delete the rest?
I've moved from CT to SC and pretty much "retired" but still maintaining some applications in CT, IA and NJ.
That TRO app must be nearly 20 years old. Is it perchance a textile business?
