If the exes are VFP it's quite easy to use a "hook" technique out of Molebox or any of the walling protection schemes, especially if the app uses external dbfs. In an example on Foxite a while back it took me all of 5 minutes to peel out a VFP project and sourcecode which I'm assuming is the goal. If it's Defoxed or VFP-Compiled, *much* more difficult and you're down to a handful of people who can do it- on Foxite, the number of people who could crack Defox IV was down to just one (and Leonid then made it more difficult) with Defox's author Leonid the only person who could peel out a VFP Compiled routine, also from an earlier version.
