We have a lot of VFP apps running in Windows 7 without difficulty. Suggestions include virus scanning as discussed, also the specter of UAC depending whether dbf, ini or other files are updated in locations where UAC expects admin escalation. Running the app as Administrator may confirm whether there are UAC issues.
