After more verifications, this was a result of previous requests being cached in SQL Server. Once it reached commands not executed before, this is pretty much the same speed as it was. So, there isn't much improvements by stacking up the updates in one command. Those updates are very complex and differ from one another. I do not know at this point how I can push that more.
