They should not be a power drain.

Because you need a source / drain problem.

Also those beautifull landmarks are not jumpy. There mass adds a kind off stabilization, just like the mass of a turbine.

So called solar power is much more jumpy, but I do not know if they have wasted money on that.

To much power is normaly a big drain disconnecting. (Security shot down because of a shortcut)
