No. Now that I went back to the available files I see that I installed SQLEXPR_x64_ENU.EXE. And there is another file (on the list) that has SQLManagementStudio in it. So I think, I should have downloaded and installed the file with the word "ManagementStudio" in the title.
But now I do but when I run this SQLManagementStudio_x64_ENU.exe I get the message that

This server has .NET 4.5 installed.
How do I check that Windows Installer is installed and how do I install it?
