Click on the details and go with the ENU\x64\SQLManagementStudio_x64_ENU.exe (or _86 version depending on your Windows OS version).

I also found this link http://www.sqlshack.com/sql-server-management-studio-step-step-installation-guide/ that gives step by step instructions.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
