Hi Nancy,
Tried this and nothing changed. However, I got a hold of an Epson dot-matrix and an HP IIID printer to test and guess what? Right, the box and text appeared exactly where it should. So, I now know that the HP5si is the problem, however I have no idea what to do about it. Any ideas?
