This product is "suscription-based".

The executables you build with their tool are of course time-unlimited. But the building tool will only works as long as your subscription is within your end-of-license date. So you need to renew your $120 subscription every year. In case you do not, as in your case, the building process will not work and of course they won't support you.

I can understand you may not feel the product is up to what it bring to you. In my case, this is definitely worth the money paid. I even dropped the use of an installer since the molebox executables can embed everything required for a VFP-based app to run, vfp dlls, resources, gdiplus, ocx-es and more.
