In Build options dialog, have you set "Display errors" on?
Also search for err files.
Check timestamps of the files is is something changing?
Can you compile the files one by on using the COMPILE command?
Edit:
You can scan the pjx file and compile the files in the scan. Check for err files after the compile to see errors.
