In the browser (when the page is open) click on the F12 - Developer Tools. Then click on the Network item and then Reload the page (or refresh). You should see all libraries and resource files that are loaded and/or not loaded. I believe the number 404 in the Status indicates that the library or file not loaded (not found or another reason).
