............ and guess what??? Some of our clients are STILL running this on XP !!!!! And after testing the test code on XP, it behaves the same way as on Windows 7.... the app that is in the background, but wanting to go foreground on it's own, is NOT, but is making the Taskbar ICON for itself BLINK !!
Sheeeeeesssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhh !!!!!!

I see why Microsoft wanted to make this sooooooooooooooooooo hard to do.... but come-on Microsoft.......... give us a break !!! Hehehehehehehehe
