Does CDO work with outlook.com

I have tried with the following configuration values but I get "sendusing value is invalid"

http://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/configuration/sendusing = 2

http://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/configuration/smtpserver = smtp-mail.outlook.com
http://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/configuration/smtpserverport = 587
http://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/configuration/smtpusessl = .t.
http://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/configuration/smtpauthenticate = 1

There is a download from MSDN for a outlook.com API but fro from the detail shown this does not provide for sending email.
