The only difference I see in Developer Tools Network, between loading the page with Localhost and Server name is that
with server name the last line is
/browserconfig.xml HTTP GET 404 text/html 199 B < 1 ms 131181 0 0 0 0 0
That is, some browserconfig.xml is not being loaded. How could this affect if Bootstrap.css works or not?
