I'd go with a different definition: my list of things that raise my blood pressure is shorter than the average. And then there's also a long list of things I can ignore without a wink. And a list of things which would annoy me immensely if I didn't have an easy way to avoid, which I generally have.
Which, accumulated, gives me some spare ability to withstand some time in the presence of some really awful phenomena without exploding.
