Hello Jim,
I already did what you suggested: 1 small form, 1 label, 1 textbox, 1 commandbutton.
The only code this form contains is 'thisform.release' in the commandbutton.
Doubleclick on the label adds a second textbox automatically. However, the error appears the same way as in the big form. Leaving the added object by clicking the 1st textbox leads to an error. Debug didn't bring up any problems.
In the meantime i've switched to a hidden textbox which is set to the wanted position every time it is needed. :(
Does foxpro have a problem if the object that shall be removed calls the remove-method by its own?
Best Regards
-Tom
Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place.
Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are,
by definition, not smart enough to debug it.
