Up until a few days ago, Microsft had a link which allowed us to update the root certificates:

22/08 15:00 Extended Validation certificate installed
We have applied the Extended Validation certificate on the site. If you use Internet Explorer and cannot see the green bar, you may update the Root Certificates and refresh the page.
This allowed us to simply click on a link there and run it. That was fixing the bug of the green certificate not being able to be shown properly.
Anyone would know where I can get the same support now?
