To add more information, this is only an issue on IE.

All green certificates I have, all released from Network Solutions, have been verified by Network Solutions and they are all ok. However, IE, after a while (usually 5 to 10 days), stops recognizing the certificate as EV.

IAC, this is problematic. Users using IE do not see it as green. It is very frustrating to have this situation as additional money and procedures are involved to get those certificates and it only works ok on all other browsers.
