I've been using SendGrid with their .NET libraries so that code is probably of no use (unless you want a .NET/com wrapper).

There's an example here of a http POST to send an email: https://sendgrid.com/docs/API_Reference/Web_API/mail.html. I guess you'd use WinHTTP from FoxPro ?
