Thanks for the response. It worked, and yes, was more in tune
with what a user might expect in a Win95 environment.

One problem that I had was that I want to run a set date/time
option from a system menu. The menu runs on top of a form
that is a backgound or desktop. When I run the code you sent,
it disables my backgound form and menu. I have tested the code
from a bare, newly created form and it works fine. Any
suggestions where I might look?
