I have an Icon on my Windows 2003 desktop which has the following command

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9\vfp9.exe" " c:\lennart\swedish.exe" that works well and opens up the program

I can't seem to create that icon on the Windows 8 machine (not helped by the language in use is Swedish

Is there an easy way of sending my icon to the Windows 8 machine or creating such an icon
