Thanks Victor, but I don't think that's the problem here. I am using smtp not pop (I also believe I made those changes on gmail years ago).


>You *might* have to go to gamil.com and check the settings. If I remember correctly there is a setting to enable POP3 or something like that - perhaps that needs to be set. Just a guess but probably a good place to look.
