Thanks Cetin. I've cleaned up the code and everything works alright, with one problem. I can't wait to get this cleared up, but the 'close data' line that I had after the show gets probably has to stay. The reason being that when the new data in inserted into the "PA" table, trying to open it up again results in a 'File In Use' error. My guess would be to 'use' the file as 'shared'. Let me give it a try.... It works. I guess I just solved my own problem. :) The help is greatly appreciated.
