Phones are a particular problem since simply walking past a Starbucks could cause your gmail to poll your inbox across the unsecured wifi so any nasty ratbag in range can sniff your credentials.

The password was definitely not an easy one.

I don't use public wifi.

It is a Gmail account I rarely use these days. I used it often four years ago.
