To move to the cloud the easiest way, imo, and most cost effective and requiring NO changes to your code at all, is TSPlus - http://www.tsplus.net

Just rent a server (with lots of RAM and an SSD for performance), install TSPlus, and you're done. Your app is up and running and available in any browser, Java enabled environment, Android, iOS, Windows, desktop, laptop, or tablet in 30 minutes or less.
