I am embarrassed to admit that I don't know much about subnets. I will bring it up to the IT manager.
But, please, help me understand the second part of your message. When you are saying "configure the browser to identify as regular IE or as a mobile device", it is in the Windows phone settings? The Samsung is using Chrome. Is this setting in the tablet Chrome or in the tablet Settings?
Thank you.
>Their network guys have never heard of subnets? Companies do this stuff all the time. You have public and corporate wifi. They are being WAY to over sensitive.

>>Yes, exactly the same model of the tablet. The reason they use Citrix is that they don't allow going from the hospital wi-fi to this urs (or any other URL). That is, they don't want a patient or non-employee to be able to enter a URL and connect to an in-house application. Hence, they do it via Citrix.
